    • Perfect location and great value for money since its actually a suite. Theres no kitchen but it has a microwave and fridge in the lounge. Plenty of heaters so cosy even in the winter. The owner was very helpful and allowed us to cancel at very short notice and rebook for a different date.
    • Spacious, very clean, idyllic location and good value. Would stay again.
    • Lots of thoughtful touches, eg toothpaste, contact lens solution, deodorant, umbrella, rain mac, torch etc in case you had forgotten anything. Electric blanket on the bed and extra heaters in all rooms even though there was central heating so no chance of getting cold. Lovely views of the garden and bird feeders. Spotlessly clean too!
    • We received a very warm welcome at Hazler Lodge thanks for the Pub recommendation!. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and the breakfast spread unexpectedly generous. The property is a little way up the hill from the town centre, but it is perfectly walkable in 25 minutes even for not terribly fit people like us.
    • Privacy comfortable bed value for money bath outlook

    • Quiet location, large spacious rooms and super friendly staff
    • The staff were extremely helpful and pleasent however the size of building it needs a gardener and cleaner working alongside management.

    Reviews:

    • Comfortable room , which was well insulated from traffic noise. Excellent food and beer to die for.
    • Breakfast was excellent good choice, arrived quickly, extremely tasty. Wellsituated inn just off the high street set back from a main road but not noisy at night. Really quirky suite accommodation in the old stable block on two floors, felt really special. Restaurant was nice the specials provided extra choice to the menu and the sea bass we had was very good.
    • Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good size double bedroom and larger than usual bathroom. Very comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed evening meals which I had on both nights I was staying there. Good choice of breakfast menu well cooked. The hotel/restaurant/pub is nicely furnished with pictures on the walls. The beams add to the atmosphere. Large car park . Situated on the A458, opposite the High Street. Only a short walk from the town centre, which contains many independent shops and from recollection, only one medium sized supermarket. Lovely church, but unfortunately the museum was closed at the times I was available. Hotel ideally positioned for walking the Shropshire Way and exploring the area. In brief highly recommended.
    • Rooms cosy ,clean beding, very comfy bed, breakfast was amazing defo recommend value for money and good size car park
    • We booked the family room that had a queen bed and two singles. Room was spotlessly clean with a really good sized bathroom. Staff were lovely and pub downstairs had a good variety of food and drinks available. Really central location with good amount of parking. Food portions for dinner were huge perfect for our hungry lot and reasonably priced. Breakfast with all the trimmings was great. Lots of tea and coffee available in the rooms with some yummy biscuits to boot.

    Reviews:

    • Breakfast was nice but may have been included in the price .
    • Spacious room, lovely quiet and dark room to get to sleep, no eye mask needed. Friendly staff to greet us on arrival. Will book again and next time will try the restaurant, this time we attended an event in the the Ludlow Farm kitchen.
    • What is not to like. This is the second time Ive stayed at the Clive Rooms. The staff are friendly and efficient, the room I had was massive, modern with a huge bathroom. The water pressure is good an annoyance of mine in other hotels. The little things they do here that others do not matter slippers in the room, huge biscuits to have with your coffee, a table, chairs so I can work easily. The room was spotlessly clean. For the price you get far more than the norm. As for the wifi, it is good. This is another issue for me. I travel a lot due to work and often the wifi is either slow or non existent and not what the hotel claims. This wifi I clocked at around 14 mbps, which is easily good enough to work with and it is stable.
    • It was a lovely relaxed atmosphere, excellent rooms, very clean. Lovely food in restaurant. Great location for visiting Ludlow.
    • The courtyard rooms were lovely and very covid friendly, the farm shop was really good to visit at this time of the year. The meal in he restaurant was really good
